Sheffield Post-16 Programme
Are you aged 16–19, from a minority ethnic community
and thinking about going into Higher Education?
Then this programme will help get you there!
You will
- Find out about all the courses available
to you
- Gain study skills and effective
communication skills
- Get help with application forms,
career guidance and interview techniques
- Learn about conflict management,
time management,
team working
- Increase your self-confidence
- and much more…
The programme consists of one-day workshops held once
a month on a Saturday over two academic years. All workshops
are held at the University of Sheffield and Sheffield
Hallam University.
You can apply now if you are a full-time student at
a school or college in Sheffield and studying, or intending
to study, A-levels (AS/A2) or equivalent.
Programme participants will be selected by interview.
