Post Details
Sport and Community Recreation are seeking to appoint a person able
to drive a transit type sports van and assist a permanent member
of staff to deliver a range of sporting and physical activity sessions
to young people at community sites across the city. This is an exciting
opportunity to work as part of an integrated team delivering Play,
Sport and Physical Activity Programmes in a community environment.
Applicants need to hold at least one national governing body Coaching
Qualification, have a valid First Aid Certificate and a full Driving
Licence. Previous experience of delivering sport and physical activity
sessions to a range of client groups and good organisational and
communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal
records disclosure form in line with Section 113 of the Police Act
1997.
