BCAT is a registered charity that supports the diverse communities in Burngreave in participating in regeneration activities.

We are seeking an outstanding and committed individual to take over the responsibility for the executive leadership of the Trust. Reporting to a Board of Trustees the person appointed will be responsible for the overall strategic management and operational direction of the Trust.

You will have extensive senior management experience in the voluntary sector, excellent public relations and fundraising skills and a firm commitment to the empowerment of the local people.

The Director will enable the involvement of local communities in steering and delivering regeneration activities in a multi-cultural environment.
