Football in Burngreave

Earl Marshal U8s
Earl Marshal U8s have entered the Sheffield and District Mini Soccer League. This will be the team’s debut season in Junior football. Mini Soccer consists of two teams of six players plus subs, is split into two games. Each game is fifteen minutes each way and the two scores added together for a final score.

Burngreave Juniors U7s
Affiliated to the Sheffield & District Junior Sunday League and currently training at Petre Street playing field, Wednesdays 5.30pm. Home matches to be played at Petre Street playing field on Sundays at 11.00am. Manager Brian Hilton 0794 404 1074.

The first match of the season was on 7th September against Hoyland Common Falcons and was lost 7–3. On the 14th against Birley Spa they won 4–2, on the 21st against Greenhill Lowedges they lost 4–1, and on the 28th against Whiston they lost 4–2.

Sun Oct 5th (away) vs Brampton Rovers, Sun Oct 12th (home) vs Handley Wood, Sat Oct 18th (home) vs Birley Spa – friendly, Sun Oct 26th (away) vs Hillsborough Pumas.
