Joining the team

Two new appointments have been made to senior posts within the New Deal staff team.

Harold Mutata will be joining the team as Programme Manager in October. Harold currently works at Coventry City Council and has wide experience of working on both the New Deal and Single Regeneration Budget programmes.

Ian Clifford, a local resident who has been actively involved with BNDfC since it was first announced, took up his new post as Overarching Theme Co-ordinator on 1st September.

We’re moving

All the BNDfC staff who have been based at Albion House are on the move – into premises on Carlisle Street which will bring them firmly within the New Deal area.

The new address from 22nd September is First Floor, Speedicut Works, Harleston Street, Sheffield S4 7QB.

It is not certain yet whether telephone numbers will stay the same – watch this space in the next issue for details.

Calling all self-employed people in Burngreave!

Do you run a business from the Burngreave area that you want to let people know about?

If so, make sure you get into the BNDfC business directory which will give you the chance to raise the profile of your business both locally and across the city, as well as giving you the opportunity to make links with other local businesses.

Don’t miss this great way to advertise your business – free. Copies of the directory will be distributed to every household, organisation and business in the Burngreave area.
