Information vehicle due to be launched

Look out for the BNDfC Information Vehicle when it makes its first appearance at the Abbeyfield Festival on 11th July.

The multi-purpose vehicle will be used as a display vehicle for BNDfC community events and for use by the local community and voluntary groups at little or no cost.

It comes fully equipped with a stage area so shows and performances can be put on, and it will attend events such as festivals, crime days and health information days so New Deal information can be given out.

The vehicle will also be used for out-reach work with young people so youth workers can go out into the community and engage with youngsters on a one-to-one basis.
