Cricket Update

Burnwood U11s cricket team, supported by Burngreave Sports Project, are about to play their first fixtures in the Barnsley and district league.

Their home ground is Whiteways cricket facility and this month’s fixtures are as follows:

3rd May: Burnwood Sports vs Barnsley (Home)
10th May: Burnwood Sports vs Holton Main (Home)
17th May: Penistone vs Burnwood Sports (Away)

Six volunteers involved in the team are about to undertake training through the Burngreave Sports project and have just secured £5,000 from Awards For All!
