Health experts recommend that everyone should do some form of physical activity for at least 30 minutes five times a week to improve their health. This is something everyone can achieve as physical activity includes anything from housework and gardening to yoga and cricket! There are lots of sessions running in the area to cater for people of all ages, abilities and interests to get you started...

Under 16

Cricket coaching at Fir Vale sports centre.
Mondays 6–7pm

Girls sports session at Pitsmoor Adventure Playground
Mondays 6.15–7.15pm

Multisports at Fir Vale sports centre (12–18 yr olds).
Mondays 7.30–8.15pm

Youth Club at Verdon Recreation Centre (8–12 yr olds).
Tuesdays 4–6pm

Self defence at Fir Vale sports centre (girls 13+).
Tuesdays 6.15–7.15pm
