SOMDIS, IT on
Bressingham

32 Grimesthorpe Road, in the heart of the Bressingham Estate,
had once been a little shop but has now been taken on by a Somali-led
initiative SOMDIS. This building now provides our community with
free internet access, computer training classes, literacy learning
and employment information.
Acting co-ordinator Mr Dualeh Nur, explains that the initiative
is to make IT computer Technology more accessible for all people
in the Bressingham Estate and surrounding community, not just Somalis.
SOMDIS, free community computer and Internet access is Open Mon
to Sat from 9:30am to 3:30pm. For any further information on this

9.30am–4.30pm
A trained tutor will be on hand all day to
help you get started and to help if you get stuck, so come
