Real Natural Champion Big respect to the recently crowned Great Britain over 50s Natural Body Building Champion. Lloyd Stuart proudly displays his many trophies as an inspiration for others in this community that he also resides in. “I’m 53 and still going strong Rob, can you believe that?”, Lloyd informed me in a controlled pant from having just pumped out 200 kilos. “Too many people just sit around and don’t get enough exercise,” said Lloyd who has been building himself since 1987 and took control of the gym two years ago. “My doors are open to all the people of this community and anyone who wants to get involved, even for personal one to one training, at community affordable rates. Lloyd also gives thanks to his family and especially the lady in his life who, he explains, has stood by him and supported him all the way. “There’s a real adrenaline buzz about being a winner Rob, there’s also a buzz in helping others with enough dedication to want to reach the goals.” Lloyds Gymnasium is presently situated on Carwood Road Industrial Estate and is open to both men and women of all ages, races, cultures and religions.
