Burngreave New Deal for Communities has purchased Sorby House, one of the largest buildings in the Burngreave area, for development as a Resource Centre providing community/commercial facilities. The plans for the building include:

Central Reception point
Conference and meeting rooms
Internal CCTV
Parking
Catering facilities
