FOOD FOR THOUGHT 2

A series of free Lunchtime Briefings for Leaders of BME and Refugee Led Organisations held on occasional Tuesdays 12.30–2.30 pm at the Refugee Lifeline Training Room, 1–11 Arundel Gate, Sheffield. Light lunch will be provided, with Halal and vegetarian options.

23rd March: “Is it legal?” – Bev Cross of Voluntary Action Sheffield. Recent changes to the law on child protection and employment

30th March: “Fundraising in a Muslim Context” – Mr E Mohammed of Muslim Aid. For fundraisers and strategic planners

20th April: “20 ways to improve your database” – Beth Crosland and Felicity Heyworth of the Information Centre about Asylum and Refugees (ICAR). Make your database more useful for lobbying, service provision review or fundraising purposes
