Facelift for Catherine Street Park

Burngreave New Deal for Communities has linked up with a team of architecture students from Sheffield University – in a project aimed at making Catherine Street Park a safer, friendlier place.

The team of four students have been out and about in the surrounding area, knocking on doors and asking people to fill in a questionnaire about how they’d like to see their local park improved.

Following the consultation exercise, the students will be drawing up plans for the park – they hope to have their first ideas ready for the middle of November.
