key individuals to join our Resources team. If you enjoy

Education Theme Manager
Salary £25,080–29,062
4 year Fixed-term Contract to 2007
This key position has responsibility for the Education
Theme. Working with local people and agencies from all sectors
to promote inclusion you will need to demonstrate:
- A sound understanding of the education agenda and experience
of working with education providers from the public and
voluntary sector.
- Knowledge and understanding of community development
in a diverse and multicultural area.
- The ability to develop effective relationships with
local residents, public, private and voluntary sector
organisations.
- Project development and management skills in a regeneration
context.
- The ability to deliver objectives and outcomes within
an agreed timescale.
- An understanding of other regeneration initiatives
and funding streams.

Finance Manager
Salary £25,080–29,062
Reporting directly to the Resources Director you will manage
and produce reports relating to the financial, contracting
and monitoring elements of the BNDfC Programme.
Key aspects of the job are:
- Ensuring that financial control systems for BNDfC are
effective and in line with requirements of Government
Guidance and recognised accounting practice.
- Ensuring that effective and timely financial information
is provided for the Executive Team.
- Maintaining the financial records for the BNDfC Company.
- Managing two Contract and Monitoring Officers.
- Production of management accounts and monitoring information.
You will need to demonstrate a minimum of two years experience
at a managerial level and hold a relevant qualification.
