Burngreave Green Environment Programme

The Green Environment Programme is a major long term project, funded by the Burngreave New Deal for Communities, to revitalise the parks and green spaces of Burngreave.

We are currently recruiting for a key post to lead delivery of this programme.

Environmental Regeneration Officer
Sheffield Wildlife Trust
£20,700 + pension

Taking a leading role in developing and implementing the project, you will be committed to improving the environment of Burngreave. Able to engage with local people and work closely with officers from partnership organisations, you will have an understanding of nature conservation and urban regeneration projects. Responsible for the overall co-ordination of the programme you will be an excellent communicator, motivator and organiser, with experience of project management.

Funding for this post is currently secured to 31st March 2005, however it is hoped that this will be extended for a further 6 years.
