New Deal Job Opportunities

and living in the Burngreave area?

As a result of the Burngreave New Deal for Communities’ (BNDfC) and Sheffield City Council’s ‘Advancing Together’ initiative, job opportunities are now available in:

Streetforce – Neighbourhood Environmental Action Team

You will work as part of a team to maintain and deliver improvements to the ‘Street Scene’ of the BNDfC area. This will include outdoor work and some lifting and handling.

You will receive an induction and will work toward a recognised qualification with the full support of a supervisor. You will also receive at least £145 per week for the first 40 weeks, with successful participants gaining permanent employment with Streetforce.

We particularly welcome applications from women, people with disabilities and members of ethnic minority communities.
