Burngreave: All Our Lives
WEA community history and writing workshops

Interested in the history of the Burngreave area?
Do you have a story to tell?

Join our workshops discovering the development of Burngreave, its diverse people and communities, share stories and experiences, and develop research and creative skills.

Using poetry, stories, songs or other forms of creative expression, your work will be displayed in a local exhibition, community history websites and the Burngreave Messenger. We also hope to collect the material in a book.

First session (of ten): 1-3pm, Thursday, 18 September at New Roots Café, Spital Hill.

Fees: £30 waged, £15 OAPs/students
Free for those on benefits.
