Development Worker
The Recycling Development worker will liase with and support
existing community re-use/recycling groups and establish several
recycling sites in the Burngreave area.
£19,200,
f/t 35 hours per week
Trainee Recycling Development Worker
The trainee will shadow the RDW and help staff the Information
Bureau.
£11,000, f/t 35 hours per week, [one year apprenticeship]
Both posts are based in Burngreave.
Funding secured until March 2005. Job share welcome.
Recycling
Matters is a new project being run by Sheffield Community
Recycling Action Programme (SCRAP), funded by landfill tax
credits and Burngreave New Deal for Communities involving
the eco-renovation of a derelict shop on Spital Hill for use
as an information bureau focussing on waste minimisation,
recycling and sustainable waste management.
